COVID-19 Policies and Precautions

As we begin to enter our “new normal” life, we would like to announce our new protocols we are implementing for your safety and the safety of our staff.

  1. All appointments must be confirmed.  If you are sick, STAY HOME.

  2. Fill out the screening questionnaire as per ADA/CDC recommendations.

  1. Arrival Time - Please arrive on time and not too early so that you do not have to share the waiting room.

  2. Guest Policy - Please come alone if possible so that we may limit the number of people in the waiting room.

  3. Clean Hand Policy - Once entering the office, please wash your hands at our handwashing station.

  4. Mask Policy - Wear your PPE Mask while in the office and hallways. If you need a mask, please ask.

  5. Temperature Check - Your temperature will be checked before seating you to screen for fever.

  6. Social Distancing - Seating is arranged for social distancing and patients will be in separate rooms.

Our office precautions for your protection will be:

  1. All dentists and team members will wear appropriate PPE.

  2. Staff have been tested as to their exposure status.

  3. Staff members are screened daily for fever and other symptoms.

  4. In-between patients, rooms will be fully disinfected.

  5. Medical-Grade H13 True HEPA Air Purifiers will treat all air spaces.

  6. Extra oral evacuations with aerosol eliminators will be utilized for prospective treatment that requires it.

  7. Sneeze-guards - added protection

  8. Sterilized instruments - 100% sterilized in accordance with OSHA guidelines

  9. Stringent disinfection procedures - rooms properly disinfected between patients

We will go over and beyond any protocol utilized to date!

To that end, you must know that your normal treatment times may be longer. We ask for your patience and understanding that this is for your and our protection.

A further in-depth conversation can be had. Please feel free to set-up a time to talk. We will also utilize virtual consultations when possible.

As updates are made available, protocols may be modified to be kept up to date with the latest research and data.
